The perfect wine for Indian food has been found

We stumbled upon this Pinot Gris from Blair Estates last week while in Carmel and immediately thought it would be perfect with a South Indian dinner. Last night we put our theory to the test, and boy were we rewarded! We need a few extra bottles of this tucked away.

The recipes on that plate: Bhindi masala, masala potatoes, and toor dal.
